All donations made to Shobhna Sharma Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions made out of the donor’s free will to support charitable and social welfare activities

• Donations once made are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances, except in cases of proven duplicate or erroneous transactions, subject to verification.

• No goods, services, or any form of commercial benefit will be provided in exchange for donations.

• Donations do not create any ownership rights, financial returns, or legal claims against the Trust.

• The Trust reserves the full right to allocate and utilize the donated funds across its various charitable initiatives as per its discretion and requirements.

• Donors are advised to carefully verify the donation amount, payment details, and personal information before proceeding with the transaction.

• The Trust shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by the donor.

• All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Trust does not store or have access to sensitive financial information such as card details or banking credentials.

• In case of transaction failure, the amount (if debited) may be automatically reversed by the bank/payment gateway as per their policies.

• Any request for a refund due to a duplicate or technical error must be reported within 7 days, along with valid transaction details for review.

• The Trust reserves the right to decline or refund any donation at its sole discretion if it is found to be suspicious, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable laws.

• The Trust complies with applicable laws and regulations, and donor information may be disclosed if required by legal or regulatory authorities.
