Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All donations made to Shobhna Sharma Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
2. No Cancellation
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Technical error in transaction
Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
4. Refund Process
Donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction
Provide transaction ID and relevant proof
After verification, if approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
5. Charges
Payment gateway charges may be deducted during refund processing.
